Customers can request a return if they receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must request a return within 24 hours after receiving the product. After this time, we may not be able to accept the return request.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be provided through:
Mobile banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
or
Product replacement
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or exchange without any additional cost.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer
The return request is made after the allowed time
The product is not in its original condition
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), KashifClub will cover the delivery charge.
If the customer wants to return for personal reasons, the delivery charge may not be refundable.
